Day 28: Comp prep HIIT workout

Yay here’s to my first month of @pureelitecomp prep completed yaay🎉I haven’t posted any work out videos in a while 🤔I thought why not🤷🏾‍♀️ share, you guys know how much I love cardio 😑 I also made it through with my hayfever👃 so a little from earlier’s HIIT session as I wasn’t able to do it on Friday.
🙈 15 x 6 of each:
1.kettlebell swing jumps
3.single arm snatch with kettlebell
4.lunge jumps
5. burpees with the bosu ball
6.mountain climber
7.shoulder tap in plank position
8.plank hold 30 seconds
