Day 20: Comp prep

Morning!! I’m dying from hayfever lol🙈 still managed to train💪🏾. I have decided this weekend Im doing sweet fa! We’ve had a couple of busy weekends so some rest is well needed! You guessed it protein pancakes for breakfast 💪🏾😍still crazy about @rawsportofficial toffee fudge powder and of course to top things off🌱💚These pancakes are: V, VG, DF, GF, 🤯 I know! And they yield 8-10 medium sized pancakes 🤫 check out my story for tips on how I made them 😏
-300g buckwheat flour
-1scoop vegan protein powder of choice
-1Tsp baking powder
-1 pinch sea salt
-2Tbsp maple syrup
-200g unsweetened almond milk
Toppings: 10g mixed nuts, 8 raspberries and 2Tbsp peanut butter
