Day 18: Comp prep

Sleepy heads! Wake-up πŸ’ͺ🏾 I can’t believe it’s Thursday already πŸ™ˆ it’s gone so quickly! What’s everyone’s plans for the weekend? Ive had a really good session this morning and feeling focused about the next few weeks, πŸ€”I think I’m over the initial adjusting period of the change in my diet/training so it should be plain sailing from here untill the calories get cut 😲 3 weeks in and seeing great results and progress! I’ve got about 230kcal left today so I can make up what I need to for my macros πŸ™ƒ. Have a great day
