Quinoa and bulgur wheat with avocado and chilli vegan recipe

Dinner 🥑! Today went so quickly I felt like I’d not even eaten my lunch😆 either that or I’m just a greedy git😏🤫…I don’t mind a little heat in my food but even I was a little scared that I’d put too much chilli in🌶️ lol but turned out not too be too spicey😅…ps got enough taste how hot your chilli is before!
40g quinoa & bulgur wheat mix -1/2 vegetable stock cube
-2 Cloves Garlic
-large jug of water
-1 small brown onion
Servings: 1/2 small avocado, 1 red chilli, 1tsp little brown hemp seeds
