Vegan Jamaican jerk, rice n pea meal prep recipe

Standard Sunday! Just making you guys hungry as per! Lol 🤣, so for this week’s meal prep I’ve gone to Jamaica for inspiration 🤤 rice n pea with jerk tofu👌🏾 looking forward to getting stuck into this, I hope you guys have had a good weekend 😁… macros for the 5days 163g carbs, 131g protein & 42g fat! Enjoy 😏
-150g brown basmati rice
-230g black beans
-3Tbsp tomato puree
-2 Cloves Garlic
-2Tbsp jerk seasoning
-2 medium zucchinis
-100g garden peas
-480g chickpeas
-200g spinach -396g tofu
-200g mini Portobello mushrooms -100g tender stem broccoli
-200g plum tomato’s
-60g trimmed beans
