Easy oven chips and vegan sausages recipe

Dinner! ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ˜‹ As you guys know me by now it’s standard for me to crave a takeaway usually on Tue/Wed’s haha๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ but as usual fending off those cravings with healthy alternatives ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ˜€โœŒ๐Ÿพ play on an English classic! Chips and sausage with mushy peas๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿฝalso if you guys haven’t already noticed I usually make my chips out of baking potatoes because they cook faster and are fluffier than those made from regular potatoes! Whole dinner ready in 30mins๐Ÿคซ
-2 baking potatoes
-10 spray’s light olive oil spray (1cal per spray)
-salt & pepper
-Roast potato seasoning
-100g garden pea’s
-squeeze lemon juice
-2 Linda McCartney sausages

I loved this, such a quick and easy vegan recipe and who doesn’t love, home made oven chips, mushy pea’s and sausages
