Vegan butternut squash porridge recipe

Rise & shine lovelies! I’ve had little sleep but I don’t feel too sleepy 🤷🏾‍♀️ so glad the weekend is now insight 😂 I love butternut squash in all its forms so this morning’s orange breakfast bowl is butternut squash porridge 🤤…you can sub the oats and use half of a butternut squash instead 😉
-3Tbsp oats
-150g butternut squash
-150g unsweetened almond milk
-½tsp vanilla extract
-1Tbsp ground cinnamon
Toppings:splash milk, 3walnuts, 50g butternut squash, 1Tbsp maple syrup, 1Tbsp chopped almonds, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, almond flakes and sunflower seeds
